Corporate Sponsorship SEE OUR CORPORATE SPONSORS The msC2C team relies heavily on sponsorship from large and small businesses. Without their help, we wouldn't be able to attempt such an amazing feat. We are actively seeking corporate sponsors to help make our challenge possible, we need a lot of help with things like: equipment, hotels, the list is endless... In return, we offer a complete package to our sponsors, including brand awareness and product placement (your stickers on our bikes, bags, or cycle helmets), unlimited acknowledgment in every newspaper, magazine, radio, or television station that interviews us, and logo/link placement on this website. We anticipate to raise £10,000 on line alone, with an approximated 20,000 unique visitors to the website between March 2007 and August 2007. With the help of our PR resources, we hope to make arrangements with: The Times, The Sunday Times, The Daily Mail, BBC news, and every local newspaper along the C2C route. Press coverage will start early July 2007 (covering every National newspaper and TV station), and will continue during (and just after) the event, with press conferences scheduled in London on our departure for Whitehaven and subsequent return from Sunderland. The anticipated coverage from such a ground-breaking event offers a unique opportunity for businesses looking to raise profile and reputation. Sponsorship isn't costly, we aren't asking for money – just equipment and things that will help us complete the challenge.
