Going well...

Hey,

Getting used to using catheters and injections. I must admit, things are looking better already!

The daily injections (copaxone) don't hurt and, although they are only supposed to 'reduce the chance of relapse by 30%', I have found they are also improving the MS all over... wow!

Well, the 'scarred' problems (mainly bladder) have no chance of improvement, but I am walking sooooooooo much better, and all the little irritating symptoms are rapidly improving!

My physio at Monday's rehab was really impressed with my progress. When she welcomed me to the centre on arrival, she took one look at me, grabbed me, told me how amazed she was and that there was no need for physio that day! WOW!!

So things are back on track and the training on-going. In fact, training is picking up noticeably! Check out the muscles baby ;-)

Bring on August 3rd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just a side note, today I need to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY to dad - the first anniversary of his death is tomorrow. I went to church with mum and the school was at mass. The kids were STARS and their collective singing got me very teary! Cheers guys.

Dad has another mass dedicated to him tomorrow - at 7am (the only mass on that day), Im hoping mum and the family can be there with me.

Sorry to rain on my own parade, Im still raving and ready to get my arse on that bike!! WE **WILL** DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Right, must dash to get some PR done before swimming....

God bless (+) and take care.

R,

Rev. Jeremy x
