Eye Spy

Hey,

This training regime is CONSTANTLY being plagued by illness of some sort, and the last few days have been no different.

Last week I went to the doctor with itchy eyes, he just gave me hayfever stuff (which stung like f***). This week, after gradually getting worse, my eyes were bright red, enough to put the devil himself to shame!

My GP gave me anti-biotic drops and I was told that swimming under water (with open eyes), isnt advisable. When I swim, I always tend to drift to the right. I need to keep my eyes open to watch my lane and ensure I dont steer into the path of some weirdo - coming up underneath them would just make their day!!

I got a lovely pair of goggles from Ebay so cant wait to get using them. My weight loss is continuing so I also had to buy a new pair of swimming shorts (the old pair was so loose that, when I dived, they would usually end up around my ankles!).

Apart from that, my health is good... Im getting some nice muscles on my legs (although Im desperate for boob and belly reduction if anyone has any tips - or Harley Street contacts?).

Uploaded a whole load of high-res media images for the press. Take a look and check out my boobs! Click 'PRESS' (top of the page), and then select 'Media Images'.

Right my eyes are itching, I've been cooking with chillies so I cant rub them, so I had better dash!

Thanks for reading, be good, and take care!

R,

Jeremy x
